That's where I'm also going. It seems like a good school and has a lax program that will grow quickly. My names Joe #2, I'm an attackmen for Dwyer. What school do you guys play for and what position?

of course, im a defender on BC. #16...danny. ill probably end up playing club ball at UCF or UF. ryu was a nasty defender.

Yup. I'm going to Saint Leo and so is Vigo. We are both recruits. I play defense and Vigo plays attack, he is also #2 and Saint Leo already has a sick attackman who is #2 so both you and Vigo will have to switch numbers, not like it matters.
Anyone else recruited by anyother teams besides St. Leo. I was recruited by Moravian College (PA), Pace University (NY), and Kenyon College (OH).

#41 (me) got accepted to usf and embry-riddle waiting for ucf..all of which have club teams
and i dont know about our other guys..

Well, since everybody is introducing themsleves, I'm Aristien, and I wear #15 for Suncoast...
Most likely I'll play for Univ. of Miami's club team, at leat we get enough funding to become varsity....
Most of the other seniors are going to play for the club team over at UF.

On a diff note Im gonng play for Florida mens league...My coach had several schools up north he wanted me to play for but I dont wanan go out of FL

the clamp and turn beats the rake anyway which is what everyone does in college..ur right tho , no he hasn't gone up against other people besides florida kids but the kid doesnt even practice the face-offs... like it just comes natural to him ...id bet money he'd still beat the better kids

we could go back and forth... truth is unless they went up against eachother we'll never know.. if you know a way to get them together i say LETS DO IT.. we would have nothing to lose... lets say our guy beats dwyers.. its like "whoa he just beat the dwyers kid"...lets say he loses it'll be like "oh..psh.. pc didnt have a chance."
it'd be cool to get the guys to come out like that.. problem is where would we meet

I'll be playing for UCF club team i guess, i got accepted. im #13 from East Ridge ( CFL ) , heh.
I've been hearing talks of UCF going to be varisty next or the year after because for the guys to have a varisty sport the girls have to have it too, and i guess theres enough girls in the area to make one..

UF to start, then I'll probably transfer. We'll see how things go, whoever could use a goalie is where I'm headed eventually!

Denver has a nice team.. i saw them play umbc the other night..they lost cause umbc had just a little better stick handling...denver was winning most of the faceoffs... denver should have won..both teams had some mean looking shots... its crazy they use their whole body

Lol, I applied really late too, but it took... 5-6 weeks for them to accept me, i got accepted like 3 weeks ago :)
Oh, and you SHOULD be using your whole body on your shots :D

yea they really should but you don't see much of it at our level.. when i cheap the ball (rarely cause thats the worst thing a goalie can do) i use my whole body legs..waist.. arms.. everything

but its official i think im going to ERAU.. ucf still hasnt said anything to me yet..they called today while i was in class almost got my fone taken away so im going 2 check the message later and see whats up

UCF FINALLY CALLED TODAY.. i got accepted.. sorta.. i have to do to summer.. which is better than not getting accepted at all

I went to the coco beach camp... way b4 pc-lacrosse even existed.. i didnt like it to much.. i mean it was fun cause it was camp but like i didnt feel that i got better... jesuit sends kids there and so does clearwater and some other tampa teams go...
i want to go to the goalie camp i went to last summer... its effin amazing.. I honestly believe thats the reason i got a lot better... its in mass. tho
anyway school starts june 26th and camp is june 20-24th haha same week as oreintation.. but they have a july session.. which ill prob skip class for
p.s. I REALLY WANT TO BEAT CANTURBURY...
i think pc deserves to be in the finals...
and it'll most likely be against you guys.. which makes it 100 times more exciting
anyway 22 we can shut down if our middys dont effin slack..
but how do you shut down number 7?
our fastest defender (22.. the short one) said that he even has trouble with 7.. any advice?

dave it might be easier to take him now with me on crease instead on the wing cuz u kno mccormick doesnt slide very well but i do agree he is hard to take lol

we have a kid that played basketball...awesome feet defense. he's just an animal on shutdown.

7 always comes around the right side of the crease so just get someone to lay him out and if you do it several times he will most likely take some break or just shut down that area....

here's the break down. he has 3 main moves. give him too much area on the inside from X, he'll do an inside roll. won't switch hands. his favorite is the face dodge. he keeps the stick in his right hand and does it every time. dont fall for the stick, and put a body on him. if he feels the pressure midway through the face dodge, he might roll to your left, his right, still keeping the stick in his right hand. have you goalie come out and hit him a couple times. plus i dont think he wears a cup. he always....ALWAYS stays on the left side of the goal (if you are facing it from the front).
