I dont believe it. They held Joe Walters to one goal and 2 assists, Maxwell Ritz was shut out, and Bill McGlone was held to only one goal. This is awesome for Bucknell, but i don't think Maryland will let something like this happen again. They need to rethink their gameplan. Trying to make Walters a better carrier/leader is great, but underneath it all he'll always be a shooter (best one in College ball). Get him a shot and odds are he'll make it.
It's also really cool how much Xander is stepping up this season. I know it's still pretty early but, Tewwaraaton anyone?

i couldnt believe my eyes when i saw that buck beat the terps. i was in computer applications and its my first class so i had to rub my eyes to make sure i was awake. maryland beats duke but loses to bucknell... whats next? awesome season.

They will probably get a few votes this week down towards the bottom of the poll, maybe somewhere between 18-20th. They played Navy tight, then came in and beat Maryland.
I wouldn't expect to see them in the top 20, but its hard to say. This loss could drive Maryland from 1st to out of the top 5.

there is no way they are going to drop out of the top 5, its too early and i really think they will only get moved down to 2 or 3.

I'd be suprised...
No dispute UVA is #1 at this point.
Duke has been #3 and there is no reason to believe that Maryland would be slotted ahead of them.
Cornell is undefeated, and playing the best ball in the country.
Navy is an elite team. Ranking them 4th is as tough as it gets.
Princeton continues to impress, and right now I think is playing better ball than MD.
If I had a ballot, they are 6th.
No way the #1 team loses to an unranked team at home and only falls to #2 or 3...it just doesn't happen.
