Hey fellas,
I know we got plenty of PA teenagers here, and im sure your as anxious as me to get your license. Heres my question... is it still 16 and a half? my Contemporary legal issues teacher says its been moved so you have your permit from 16 till 18, which is when you get a license. I tried looking it up on the penndot site and it didn't say anything about it getting changed but it didnt seem like it was very updated. Just asking you guys before i call them up to make sure.

I havent heard anything on the news, but my teacher is involved with alot of that stuff and shes some kind of congressmen (not like a senator or rep, something minor, but she knows alot about laws and whats going on)

its still 16.5 years b/c my friend just got his permit(he was born in 1990) and he can get it in 6 months. His mom happens to work for the courthouse and such(I dont know exactly) but she said it takes over a year to pass a law, so even if they pass the law now I (born in 1991) will still be able to get my license when im 16.5. 99.9% sure im right.
