Tryouts on Monday the 20th..

Suggestions... food for Sunday and Monday...anything would be helpful.

I am not a woman, however, Pasta the day before is always good. Also eat light the day of, but make sure you get the nutrients you need. And allow atleast 1 hour for all food to be digested before tryouts.

Pasta is good stuff. Carbs and protein is what you're gonna wanna eat. As suggested don't eat right before and also go to the bathroom beforehand as well!

i agree with both above. eat pasta the night before. lots of carbs so you have the energy to do it.

It is also important to have a good meal within 2 hours of the end of practice. That is the time your metabolism is at its peak and looking to restock your body with the most efficiency.

also you should be drinking alot of water so that you keep hydrated.

I am not a woman, however I have trouble eating anything substantial before practices. I normally just drink a lot of water and have a little snack, but carbs the night before will help.

The meal the night before, have something carb loaded like pasta. The breakfast the day of, have something with protien, and before the tryouts have a banana or something light.

I agree pasta is the way to go, and on the day of give youre muscles lots of water!!
