depends on the head. i dont find a use for high pockets on pinched heads, so on unpinched head high pocket, pinched head middle pocket. there have been threads on this before.

I like a medium pocket in all of my mesh pockets and usually a lower pocket in my traditional/variants pockets. My grunk pocket has a really high pocket, but I love it all the same.

I love medium pockets for attack. You can easily switch from horizontal to vertical cradling and your pocket will automatically adjust to a low pocket.

I have this low-middle pocket so I picked low. It's awsome-it's great for cradling horizontally, but when I switch to vertical cradling, the pocket shifts down into a low pocket due to the loose bottom string.
