Im not sure. But I love the one I strung last night. Its not too deep, but the hold is great and it throws so smooth.
It's really all preference but some players swear by it, the only way to figure it out is to go and use trad for yourself...

to me i think custom stringing has more accurate passes

well. if you have a nice custom pocket that is strung nicely it will most likely be alot better. personally i think mesh is terrible.
