question on cutting down different shafts

first question is can goalie shaft be cut down to an A/M size like you can with dpoles? and can they fit any type of non-goalie head or do goalie shafts have different throat sizes?

second question is, can girl shafts fit guy's heads? whats the difference. (i saw some one selling a girls krypto pro BN for 40 and i was just wondering)

yeah girls shafts have a smaller diameter than mens shafts. i dont think that the cutting down a goalie shaft would be any different than cutting down a d-pole.
