What is the chances of a Evo Pro warping?!?!

My game stick is a Evo Pro with 6 diamond and 2 straight shooters on a DB803 and I really like it. I am comfortable with it and got it throwing jsut the way I like it. However, I really don't have a backup stick. Or at least a stick that I could pickup and feel confident with if my something happens to my game stick. I have heard many stories about Evo Pro's warping. I play attack and am worried that my Evo Pro is going to warp as time passes and am also worried that the warm weather that I will be plauing in soon is going to only worsen or speed up the warping process. So, I really don't wanna nor have the dough to buy another head and string it up and get it throwing the way I like it at the time and I wanted to know if Evo Pro's really do warp like everyone else says? I play attackmen and my friend plays middie and his warped already and he has not had his very long. You think my will warp?
If I do get a backup stick I can get a edge or a matrix for cheap at the moment and it is about the only thing I can really afford at the time. Would one of those be a good choice. A matrix or edge would not warp and is durable right?

All you have to do is keep a baseball in the throat after you play and it will not warp

Evo Pros are known to warp through hot weather and many face-offs. I play attack and mine hasn't warped at all (KNOCK ON WOOD).

All heads are able to warp given the right enviroment. And since they are prone to warpage, just keep care of it and you should be fine.

my teammates last year who had evo pros had them warped when they left them in their cars durin the skool day since we live in florida it gets hot down here and it makes the stick illegal. same thing happened to my revo pro.

yea high chance of warpage! but have no fear for origonal evos are very cheap! i'd go with one of those. thats my current backup for my PP

I've had 3 evo pros. 2 of them warped to the point where i'm in the process of un-pinching them with hockey pucks this week. However, I was using them to face off.

The evo pro and revo pro have just gotten banned from my team after getting three illegal stick calls in 4 games. 2 were warped revo pros and one was an evo pro. It sucks that the 14 guys on my team have to replace their very expensive heads but 3 mins. unreleasable is a huge penalty.

Mine is around 70-80, but hey. I live in Cali. During the summer heads warp like crazy because it goes over 100 degrees easily.

Yeah my friend who faces off a lot ended up with a warped evo pro. Also, another kids evo pro broke when he threw his stick on the ground in anger.

ive had my evo pro for a year and it has only warped bc i was dumb and left it in my bag on top of my car on a trip to NC before camp in NY, so it sat in the hot NC sun being crushed by my bag and what not. im an idiot i know. just keep a baseball in the throat and dont leave it in your bag in the sun and you should be fine

hmmmm. id say of the 6 on our team the only one that isnt warped is the one that has been used by me in one indoor game then given back to the friend who gave it to me. although if you use the baseball trick you can keep it legal and unwarped alot easier. its really a nice head as long as you can keep the lip out.

Evo pro warp easily
My friend has had one for a 1/2 year and the bottom is so warped the ball won't fit through

Yea, evo pros and repetitive faceoffs dont mix for me.

i got a new Evo pro the first day of a camp, then proceeded to string it up and play with it for the rest of the camp in 95+ weather on turf. not a good idea

i have an evo pro but i dont use it as my game stick anymore. its gotten pretty flimsy but it hasnt warped *knock on wood*. i use an e3 now but i might switch back to an evo pro if the e3 doesnt work out.

I have an evo pro. Mustave got hot in that ups truck cause it was illegal right out of the box, Every single evo pro I've seen is illegal. I've already taken this topic to warrior, waiting on a reply. Maybe we should start a petition so well get abunch of free $hit.
