Might sound like a stupid question. But what is the difference between the two? For example, the men's kryptolyte and ladies kryptolyte.

I think the womens shaft is thinner.

Thinner wall thickness (look down the end hole of the shaft). I.E. men's shaft = 1 mm thick, women's = .75 mm. Also, most women's shafts are (traditionally) of a thinner diameter.

The shafts are also longer. My sister's debeer shaft is longer than my db803 attack.

Thinner and longer, as robi stated. They feel like a toothpick in my hands to be honest.

They feel like a toothpick in my hands also.

I don't know.. I mean, I understand the logic of making them thinner - "to better fit a woman's smaller hands" - but even by women's standards, I have tiny hands, and I hate the diameter of a woman's shaft.

the hole in the throat of a head is the same diameter for mens or womens.

it also depends on the company. Brine shafts need a spacer to fit the heads, where as STX does not. Their new line of composites fit all of their mens heads.
