work on your form, and practice hitting spots on a wall, or goal..

hang bottles from the crossbar and just aim for those. put the bottles in each corner and just keep shooting till you hit them. other than that, just check your form in the mirror to make sure its good.

Make sure you have correct form- lifting up the elbow of your bottom hand and holding the stick at an angle before a shot instead of parallel to the ground will definitely help.
As far as target practice goes, draw a target on a big piece of paper or something and hang it up on your goal and practice shooting at it. The closer you are to a bullseye, the more points you get. Try and get a higher score everytime you do it.

it helps to get a bag of balls, and something to backup shots
just rip like 20 shots and empty and do that a coupel times, its really fun whats u start hitting the corners, then starting doing it on the run,
my mistake when i was younger was i could hit the top corners like a savage but honestly how often in high school lacrosse do u have time and room to rip upper 90 and also not have a goalie totally read you, unless u can rip like an animal u know
so what im sayin is practice like game situation shots too, dont waste ur time practicin a shot low to high stanidng still...it may look sick but thats like practicing twirling ur stick behind ur back and all crazy like, u might not use it that often
so ir ur an attackmen, practice like a quick dodge from the side and a shot, middie from up top like split to the opposite corner shot like the classic kyle harrison, something along those lines
if u have a friend, have him feed u and u quick stick or dodge ur man real quick and just shoot, u'll get better really fast if u stay dedicated

I would suggest what human torch said...get about 20 balls & just rip shots over & over.....When you're done go get the balls out & do it again...tons of fun...Especially if yo have a friend to compete w/

get a bucket o' balls and fire away...or it could be ur sticks stringing and the ball is just going away from the net...is your problem missing the goal or hitting different areas in the goal

just run around hitting trees and stuff and spots on brick walls and certain areas on your house or your neighbors window (not suggested)

I played H-O-R-S-E a lot last year. Call out places, shots, whatever like "top right on the run" or "bounce shot, hit side left pipe". Gets your accuracy up and also a fun way to do so.

Buy a lax specific cover for the goal. They are expensive though, even though its not exactly space age material, but hey, people have to make profit somewhere. They usuallly cover the whole goal with certain key shooting spots uncovered with different sized holes. Start off a few yards away and practice just putting the ball through the targets, then, stand back at normal power shot distances, and work on take outside shots and putting them through the holes. After alot of trial and error, along with chasing down missed shots, you'll start putting holes in the net when the ball goes through the target.
ps- after alot of abuse, the stuff (string, plastic ties, w/e) that hold the cover on will come off, so remember to replace them.
