i play lax from 5-12 grade all year around. when i got 2 the end of my senior year i decided that i did not want 2 play in college. so i went 2 a school with no sports(tech school). i suffered. so now i want to get back into it because i trying to transfer 2 a school w/lax. i want 2 know what some exercises w/dumbbells b/c that all the gym near me has, that i can do. plus a cardio workout for someone coming back 2 the game and a diet plan 2.

I couldn't tell you an entire workout but just to keep this refreshed & give a bit of advice & suggest swimming & jogging as much as possible...When jogging I've heard it's really beneficial to sprint 30 seconds, jog 30 seconds, sprint 30, jog 30 (it's supposed to be a game scenario type of running) & then just in general i wouldnt worry to heavy about weights...If you're slightly out of shape (or way out of shape) I would suggest doing more reps like maybe 3x8 or something like that....should help to burn fat, get that nice cut lacrosse figure you're looking for
