View Full Version : So my Razer Pro cracked...

First day of real use and it cracks below the screw hole. I still have the reciept. Now what are my options and what is the warranty process? How long does Warrior take to ship back the 2nd Gen Razer Pro? Am I able to get credit with Warrior and get like a Revo Pro or a Finalizer instead of the 2nd Gen Razer Pro?

i know for me i just return the stuff to the store and they ship it back and give u a new head or stick but it could be different were u live

Ya ordered it online from Lacrosse Digest. One more question, which is the receipt, the yellow slip of paper or the print out type thing?

Yellow, and get a new one and sell it or trade it on TLF for a new head of your choice.

ha funny... right below the screw hole is the exact same spot a kid on my teams broke, but hes trying to get as much use out of it as possible

Hmm could be because there used to be a seam there ? I do not know why he just doesn't send it in for warranty and get a 2nd gen reinforced throat without the seam.

yep the 2nd gen is holding up very nicely though so i wouldnt worry after you get the replacement. its a nice head though.

I'm pretty sure you bring the broken head and the reciept back to the store you bought it and they give you a new head on the spot (granted they have one available). Then the store shipes the head back to the company so the company can get it squared away then send one back to the store to replace it.

I ordered a revo pro from anacondasports a while back, it ended up breaking so i called them up and told them. They told me to call warrior. I called warrior up and they gave me a return reference number. I had to send out my head to warrior with the reference number and reciept and they shipped me back my revo pro. I sent out on a friday with priority mail. So it was there by tuesday guaranteed. They returned to me and i had it by Friday. So i would guess about a week...maybe a week and a half.

at least a week...

im almost positive that a pretty bad thing to do to the head is to screw the screw in really tightly...
just screw with a good amount of force until it stops moving, then unscrew with a twist of the wrist and u shouldnt have to worry about that spot breaking
...
just for future reference....
