My first practice is on the 7th and I want to become as good of a player as I can. Unfortunately I can only go to the wall for an hour. So im looking for stuff I can do inside that will improve my game.
Right now I work on my shot and passing mechanics and do some stick tricks, but is there anything else I can do?

when your inside, always have your stick in your hands, just practice cradling, you can never practice it too much. master the cradle, its the most basic fundamental of lax, even if you have been playing for years. if you have enough room, im sure you could practice some dodges too.

yeah that's the only thing short of buying the shooting bag (lol) that you can do...just keep your stick in your hand 24/7
that, and maybe (if you're ballsy enough) make sure your parents are out of the house and start playing wall ball with a tennis ball....i do it...it doesn't leave a mark
i also pile blankets on my bed and just shoot into the pile, trying to hit the same spot every time...

Walk around the house with your stick in your off hand. Just carrying the stick in your off hand will get you more comfortable with it and will make your skills come more second nature.

COUCH BALL!!!! yeah thats how i roll. tape a peice of paper on the couch, throw at the paper. do it over, and over, and over, and over, and over again. walk around the house cradeling, whenever you come to like a turn into another hall, switch hands so you continue to protect your stick with your body, practice fakes on your mom and get grounded, screw up a fake and hit her in the face with a ball, and always wear your gloves when you practice.
