I think the title explains it. I wanting some new arm pads. I was just wondering if the G-Forces were to big for middie. Are they very flexible? I want something very flexible that wont restrict movement at all and have good protection. It can be a different arm pad then the G-Force. I did search and couldn't find anything. I found a thread about different arm pads but not specifically for middie. Thanks!

How big are you? If your small, I would guide you towards the Vent X's. They might fit a little better than the G-Forces. To answer your questions though, the G-Forces are insanely flexible, restricting almost no movement at all (no lie), and are very, very, VERY protective. Players on my team line up before practice to hit them with baseball swing checks while there on me, and I feel almost nothing. I love them.

So, I'm guessing they are good for midfield? In your opinion.

Yes. G-Forces are everything good you can think of, rolled up into a $70 elbow pad.

Let's see I'm 5' 6" 120 will good sized arms. Arms are something I work on and they aren't skinny I'm probably not going to get arm pads this season but probably next. My brother and dad are 6' 1" so I'm probably going to be right around there or more because I'm taller now then my brother or dad was. So yeah what size would I be in most arm pads, G-Forces?

the vents are sick armguards and fairly priced too.
I'm 5-9 with skinny arms so i have to tape them a bit to fit snugly but they move fine and protect great. They also come in nice colour combos if you need to match your school.

I'd say mediums. If your willing to let them slip around for awhile until your grow into them (which might never even happen, these are huge. I'm 6'2-3 and 164 pounds and these are still big on me) you could try larges. If you can I strongly advise trying them on at a store or something like that first. It's the only guaranteed way of knowing what size.
Yeah the main problem with the g-forces is their size. Last time I tried them on, the mediums were too big. But I have grown like 4 inches, and have been pumping iron all that time. So I think I might consider them again.

They are awesome for middie, I use them and love them. I suggest the larges because they cover more area. I have not very big arms and they don't slide because The top strap is more than tight enough and I tape over the bottom strap. If you get hacked a lot these are great. With G-Force gloves and the bicep pads attached to my shoulder pads, literally my entire arm is protected.

i personally wear the old trident arm pads and i hve no bicep pads on my shoulder pads, and they prety much just slip down to cover my for arms. i love it because i dont mind getting hacked at. and its perfect mobility. but if u dont wanna feel any thing then deff go with the g-forces ive used my friends in practice one. Every one here is right u barley feel any thing

I don't mind getting hacked at but if I had a choice I would try to find some pads that have perfect mobility AND great protection. If the G-Forces aren't that then I wouldn't get them but it seems like they are so thanks guys! The only problem is there are no stores or people around here that I know that have them. But I shall keep lookin.

Yeah the g-forces are a tad big, but the newer one that came out this year cut down on the bulk and size. I love mine, easily the best armpad I have ever worn.
