You can do pullups, chin-ups, lat pulldowns, lots of pushups to develop more upper-body strength.

You can also make your pocket pure by loosening the bottom string and gradually tightening each string above that. A pure release will help you throw farther, if your pocket currently has whip...

^^^^ Pure pocket, good tip. Also work a lot on forearms. Seems like forearm strength would be a lot more helpful than the big pecs the bench press would give you.

just go find a huge space such as a lacrosse field. stand on one end. have another person stand close to the other end. and just pass as close to them as you can. im sure if you do that for a few days you will get stronger and way better at longer passes.

for the strength, just do puch ups and sit ups when ever possable. youll get ripped and you strength will boom up. and as for throwing the ball, just practice, i justed to play goalie, but i was always better at middy, so i ran it up alot! but just practice chuckin it down the field alot...

its a little too late to try and build that much strength, you really cant put on signifigant strength in just a week or two. but practicing your long passes really does help...and triceps are an essential part of throwing.

You dont necessarily need to be jacked to throw long passes. Strength is important but will come as you grow you cant just get huge overnight and your not gunna wait till you have all that muscle so, you just have to work on them its not always strength, it has to do the way you throw and release also accuracy has nothing to do with ones strength. Ive seen 10,11,12 year old goalies throw the ball pretty dam far and accurate. Knowing from expierence, before you throw you just gotta relax because if you dont and your to jumpy and put all your muscle into it and dont pay attention to release and position the ball will go straight down to the ground like 4 feet away, its happen to me and other goalies ive seen play when they and I were nervous and trying to throw a long ball.

Clearing is all technique. I know a kid who's 5'6, and like 120 soaking wet but he can throw the ball accurately from end to end
