I looked around but could not find an answer so srry if i repeat someone...
I'm stringing really soft canadian mesh but it throws fine short distance but if you throw more than 5 yards it goes straight down and when you shoot the ball goes straight into the ground. Are you supposed to put more shooters in or something? I already have four in and am out of shooters.

Pictures? Try tightening up your topstring and sidewalls. If that doesn't work, loosen your lower shooters but keep the ones near the scoop tight.

Thing is to figure out what's causing the hook. Shooters that are too loose are just as bad as shooters that are too tight.

One other thing is to try adjusting your throwing style a bit. (I'm not kidding, sometimes you just have to wind up a few degrees further back with a whippier stick).

shooters gradually tighter with the top one tightest and an very tight nylon shooter right under the scoop if you have one.

if the ball is hitting the lip of the stick and going down. try tightening the top string and putting in a nylon shooter up top.

soft mesh has such killer hold that you need to make sure that you string the mesh so that it doesn't move up in the head as the ball moves up.. you have to lock the mesh to the sidewalls so that it pulls the mesh from the scoop down

How do you "lock mesh to sidewall"?
