Softening hard mesh

I know there are many threads about how to soften your mesh and stuff, but not what I need. In all the threads i've seen it's saying that you need the mesh to be unstrung and you need to soften it then restring it. I just got my Razor pro in and i like the way its strung but the mesh is really really hard. I need a way to soften it without having to completely restring my stick. Any help would be appreciated.

yeah i got a razer pro too...and with the hard mesh...i tried a couple things, and eventually it got softer...at first i would play alot of wall ball u kno let it break itself in...then i started using a rubber mallet or a meat beater to beat the mesh...this worked good...

to do this just get one of them...then pretty much beat the mesh where u want it to be softer...then flip the head over and beat it the opposite way...and i would do this whenever i had time and was sitting around with my stick...

my friend also suggested the warm water and hair conditioner trick...worked good...
get in the shower with it i guess, then wet it, then rub conditioner all over the net, everywhere, then just let it sit, but dont rinse out the conditioner...

other then that just try putting ur finger in one hole, and another in another thats close to it and just stretch em away from eachother...

theres other stuff...so try these and them too...just be creative

when I pound it should I pound it only where I want the pocket to be or the entire head?

instead of just liek straight pounding it u can get a pcoket screw or like u did cuase i refuse to pay 30 bux for one of those things u take a stripped ball and a pos screw driver and drill a small hole in th ball and put the screw driver in the ball and u got an amazing pocket pounder it works so good

and u doint rip up ur hands wen u pound the pocket in hard
