To me the big question is, who will Buffalo dress against Philadelphia this week? They already have first locked up and home throughout the East playoffs. Are they playing to host in case a Western team, and potential finalist, has a better record than them, or are they going to rest guys for that first round match? Should be interesting.
The best series should be Arizona and San Jose though. The two are playing for the same spot. Arizona just needs the one win in either game, while San Jose needs a sweep. Neither team is playing that well right now.

I don't think the game against Philly matters for either team. Philly is playing for pride, because at this point if everything goes as planned, Philadelphia misses the playoffs again...and Buffalo stands atop the pile once more.

You're aleady calling them out of the playoffs man? Come on, they have a shot. I doubt Dietrich starts. With all his injury problems I can see Kilgour sitting him. I don't think two wins over Buffalo, especially with them likely sitting a couple guys for at least one game, is impossible. I also doubt Minnesota will beat Porltand, who are still fighting for playoff order. It's not over yet man.

Minnesota faces off against Portland....well that could go either way.
They're not who I'm worried about...
Philly goes against both Buffalo twice. Whether or not the game means anything to Buffalo, I doubt they'll waste an opportunity to be a spoiler. They'll play against Philly with a vengance. Whether or not they care about the game, I doubt they'll let Philly roll into town and take them down.
Rochester is the team that Philly needs to worry about. If Philly can win both games against Buffalo, which I still feel is highly unlikely, they'll still need Rochester to lose to Toronto in order to even make the playoffs. They could conceivably make it in as a second place team, but lets be realistic. Philly can split this series at best, and that'll take them to 8-8. That record can escallate them to a playoff spot if Rochester loses. If Rochester wins, the Wings NEED Portland to win, and they have to win both games. Its impossible any other way.
With that much help needed, and the way the NLL East has been this year, yeah, I'm not too confident on this happening.
Would be nice to see a Buffalo Calgary rematch from the season before last.
