just wondering but how long are your team practices? and what lind of stuff do you usually end do at practice? (as in what type of drills and whatnot)

Our practices are around 3-4 hours long. We do a lot of line drills, ground balls, man up man down, 3 v 2, and a lot of running, a lot. If we did good then we sometimes have a fun scrimmage at the end.

it goes like this:
1. stretching
2. Line drills
3. shooting
4. 1 on 1/ 2 on 2
5. 6 on 6
6. rides/clears
7. running
the practice is usually at 3:00 til about 6:30 or 7:00

2:00pm- 4:30-5:30
1. Get dressed
2. Throw around on field, get loose
3. Take 4 laps
4. Strech/ conditioning
5. Weaving
6. Line drills
7. Man-up/down, new plays, full-field weaves, man/balls, scrimage
8. Laps
9. Sprinting/conditioning
10. go home

Mines about the same as this one, just a different order

our practices r 2 hours long, and we do the following:
1. stretching, running, shuffles
2. line drills (passing, groundballs, 1 on 1 dodging)
3. man up, man down
4. practice plays and work on variations for each play
5. then other various drills (fireball, man-ball, etc)
6 scrimmage (if we hav some time left)

warm up, throw around, line drills, man ball drills, shooting drills, man up/down, 3 on 3, and run. A lot of running.

High schools start at 7:20 am and end at 1:40 PM in new jersey.

start 3:00 end 5:30.
sometimes we spend a half hour or so talking strategy, or watching game tape.
-run, stretch
-line drills
and in no specific order
-rides/clears
-mandown/man up
-6 on 6
-man/ball drills
-defensive drills ( poke checks, one on ones, shuffle)
-conditioning :this has included up downs, mountain climbers, flutter kicks, push ups, sprints, ultimate frisbee FRIGGIN AWESOME, one day my coach got bored and had us wrestle each other. That is some conditioning, wrestling a kid on wet grass and mud. THen our coach just took off and slid through a mud puddle, and we all did the same...so i dunno if u count that as conditioning..lol

but if you count the class time during the last period of the day... from 1:45-6:30
