Whoa, mega-huge. First thing I noticed was loose-knots. Tighten those up.

I took some time in looking over all of your pictures in order to come up with constructive criticism.
I really think you need to undo what you made and go back the basics of the Rock-it Pocket. Study the pictures of them more and attempt a couple of clean Torpedo pockets to build yourself up. The pocket you made barely resembles a Rock-it Pocket though in my opinion. A lot of the basics are missing such as neat twists, proper knots, channel formation and the way the sides connect and begin.
Study the pictures more for about a week though and take it slowly. Then begin again.

it doesnt look symmetrical i noticed that right from the start. that can be fixed when you tighten your knots , the channel looks a little sloppy but overall it looks good

yeah, widen up that channel, fix the top coil, the knots are done wrong, look at the Torpedo pocket tutorial (http://www.lacrosseforums.com/showthread.php?t=26268) to see how to do the right knots. Also, neaten out those side coils. Once you get all of this down, you will be good to go. Good effort though

Ok, theres no more comments that havent been posted...But anyway, if that was your first attempt, then you did pretty good, but like formerlaxdemon said, just study the pics a little better. Post pics of the new one.

The knots are interlocked incorrectly, and they are loose. I say re-do it, like you said you would. Sorry man.
EDIT: I'm not trying to be mean, but I just looked at all the pics, and, no offense, it is worse than I thought. The top coil is done wrong, the sidewalls are not correct, and they are really loose, the side channels are also not done correctly. If you are going to try another one, study alot of pictures again, and have them nearby when you are stringing it. Go slow, and try to do it nice and even, neat, and TIGHT. I'm just trying to help.

I'm guessing he ran out of x-lace and he tied another piece on so he could continue.

yeah, thats what i did. i do that sometimes. i cut the string to short, only to find out its too short with only a little bit left. theres no way im going all the way back and starting again once i was that far. but w/e thanks for all the input. im getting outa school early tomarrow cuz i gotta get an MRI of my head, so maybe tomarrow night i will have time to string it. ill try to get pics up when i do it.

tighten knots. The top coil and saddle look wrong. Widen the part of the channel you want the ball to sit in. Make everything even. I would take it out and try again.

the outer leathers need to be close to or right next/on the sidewall. Yours are just like a regular traditional pocket, the rock-it-pockets are usually stretched wide.
