messed up 2 leather attempted RP and pita

i strung this this morning, i was tryin to do a 2 leather RP, but i did the channel a bit to wide, and the side coils a bit to short. i pounded it a bit, and it turned out okay. its got insane hold, and throws really well. its really light because there is only a little Bit of string on it.
what do you think?

i strung this pita this morning too. its not the cleanest one ive done, but it throws and plays nice. comments please?

PITA
~the outer two leathers are just as loose as the inner two removing the appeal of the pita which is to channel the ball.
~it is not really symmetrical
~screwed up leathers
~and why is there a saddle is that like your signiture or did you not what to do
if you correct those problems you will have a good pocket

~there are lots more but i dont feel like going on

Well, I think your pita inner and outer nylons are interlocked wrong, check out kryptic's pita tutorial. Also, that rp variation is very interesting, the knots however should be interlocked like in the Torpedo pocket tutorial (http://www.lacrosseforums.com/showthread.php?t=26268). Use that, and then clean up the top coil on your rp. Cool idea though.

yea it looks a little like a torpedo. its much different than a rocket, i wouldn't call it that. the pita- tighten the outer leathers to create a channel of the 2 inner ones
