Would this work? I know with 10d people sometime put the vertical shooters in to make a channel pocket (I think that's what it's called) but would doing this with 6d have any positive outcome? I have a piece of 6D laying around and wanted to switch back to it from 10D so I'm just curious on if doing this instead of just 3 straights would be beneficial.

Well..it would work, but the channel on mesh pockets usually never comes out too good, and nobody really benefits from having it.

I actually did this in my old x2. It wasn't that bad, but it was very ugly.

Did you put the vertical shooters along the sidewall or further in? I was thinking about running it down the 2nd diamond on the even numbered rows, or the first on the odd ones.

It was like straight up and down from the top string holes (inner ones). That is sort of where they line up.

The vertical strings pretty much line up anywhere.

Idk about 6D but i imagine it would look somewhat the same.

vertical shooters for a channell are pretty pointless in any mesh pocket and look ugly IMO, but yeah, it's doable in 6D. You might want to reverse roll the shooters (start with the shooter in front of the mesh) to get more of a channell from it if you're really set on doing it.

It actually turned out really well. It throws really nice, and has nice hold - I really like it. A few kids on my team were saying how sick it was.
When I was stringing it though I was having a hard time doing the vertical shooters the exact same way so they are a little different but I mean it does the same thing and isn't really noticeable. The little channel it makes is really nice.
So far I've only caught and thrown with it, I haven't shot with it because today I mostly was playing longstick.
I also can't find my digital camera but when I do I'll post pictures.
