How many types of rides are there and can you explain them?

Use a combo man-to-man and zone ride. Make Mids play man, make Attack play zone (a triangle). Know your opponent's strengths and weaknesses (Goalie/Defense). Can they connect two passes (long or short), can their defense run, do their mids look for passes? Look at Paul Hartman's Lacrosse Fundamentals.
