Help...plese

Dear fellow lacrosse defenders,
I am looking into a defense head.I have two choices and I can`t decide which is a better pick for the defense position.I like the DeBeer Triton and the STX G-Force.Although I know that they are both stiff and all around good heads,I still cannot decide which is the better pick.If anyone can plese respond to this,it would be greatly appreaciated.Thanks.

Based on those 2, G-Force. If yo'ure open to suggestion, the deBeer Wizard might be a better D pick then the Triton.

g-force is the definition of mistake. one kid on my team bought a g-force, and i wanted to wreck him. his passes were awful and i just wanted to cross the midfield line and crack him in his jaw. revo and savage are excellent warrior defense heads. brine's edge and nitrous are good choices. debeer - obviously the wizard. stx's x2 is the only defensive head i can think of. you can also take a look at the bionic. i also hear that mohawk is an excellent company for defense heads. they're cheap and you can mess them up all you want 'cause they're so durable.

ive played with a savage (didnt own one) but i didnt like it too much the X2 is a good defencive head definitly one of the best

I looked a lot into X2,I really like it.It is light,stiff,you know the rest.But my one real worry is that I heard that it is being discontinued!I thought to myself:what would happen if it broke?Could STX still give me a new one?But if that was just a rumor-I will take the X2 into concern.:flag

Get a Revo

So the revo is also a good choice?I see most of the MLL defenders use it,but I have never tryed it out before.But I guess it will probably work great on a kryptolyte...but I can`t say.Is it better than the wizard for defense?I already have a wizard,but I need a good back-up-my wizard is going to be-but I can`t decide a good head for my main stick.But I will consider the revo.:grin

Get the Revolution. I believe is was made just for D-Men. It has a smaller face for better cradling. And, it throws really far. I would say get the Revo w/ 6 diamond. That is what I have.

out of those 2 id get a triton. the g force is too pinched to knock down passes and breaks easily

As the defense mod my oppinion is the only one that matters and I say get a g-force. jk but seriously the g-force is a real nice stick. It takes a little getting used to but if your good it is definately a great stick. It has a great scoop and with a pinch like that clears are so easy no attackman is touching you. It's really durable ive been using mine for 2 seasons. I have an x2 too and i used to use a wizard and the g-force is definately better for me than either. I took a lot of crap from kids on my team for using it at first but it really is great and once they saw how i played with it they left me alone. If youre getting a g-force you gotta be ready to hit the wall everyday tho cuz you're gonna need 2 practice catching but it truely is underrated as a defense head and i'd say go for it.
