Sure you can ref with a cast; nothing about this in either the rules or the officiating mechanics manual.
Just don't hit either coach with the cast. ;}

There is nothing saying you can't. In fact, NFHS rules explicitly allow a player to play with a cast if certain conditions are met, so I can't see why an official couldn't officiate with one. If you still have doubts, check with your assignor.

as long as the cast doesnt cover your eyes...o wait it wouldnt make a difference :-P

I want to see him doing his counts, sidelines out of bounds and goal signals. Everything looks like a play on!
