I just saw a post that said wooden shafts are illegal in high school. Is this true? I play in michigan, if that makes a difference. Im a middie

They are legal.

there is no federation rule, but there may be a local leauge rule. For that you need to check with your local refs.

There are no Michigan rules that prohibit wooden shafts.

It would be rather ironic to eliminate the form of stick that the creators of lacrosse used.
