Anyone have a good pre-game outline condensed to a relatively small (index card?) size they could share electronically?

One thing I have is a condensed training guide that I use when teaching new HS refs. I tell them to review it as their pre-game. It's certainly not index card size, but you can probably take the salient points that you'd like to include in your card version.
