wetting the mesh

i'm a total noob so before u laugh at me keep this in mind. ok so i realized that if u wet the mesh (hard mesh) it will harden it when it dries. now my question: is wetting the mesh to harden it bad? if so how else can i harden my mesh. i realized that the mesh doesnt last hard forever if u wet it

No wetting the mesh isnt bad. When My mesh gets wet it stays hard for 2 catches so I dont even bother, but If you want a harder mesh go to http://jimalax.com/

yea, just what James said, it wont stay hard for long. Get some hard mesh at jima or if u want really hard go for catapultion.

DON"T WET THE STICK!!!!! if you wet the stick your going to make the pocket smaller.

wetting the mesh streches the mesh and sidewalls but then when it dries the pocket harden and shrinks

thats why you get it wet and stiock a ball and knife in it over night or until dry...thats what i do the night after i have a rainy day practice
