It will get even harder. Believe it. I died some 6D and it got rediculously hard. I would just stay away from dying mesh.

Just stay away from dying mesh at all, if he really wants red mesh then tell him its either gonna be hard or white. Don't you know someone that will buy you some red Jima mesh off line though, becasue that would be the right way to go.

I would definitely say it is a no-no on dying mesh because in order for the die to sink in you need to need to boil it, and boiling mesh is a definite no because it is rock solid and does not, ever, break in. You should just catch a pre-colored/died piece of 5/6/7 diamond mesh from Jimalax, and itll come in about 2-3 days.

no, it would still be soft mesh. it doesnt really get harder, since it is more like a fabric than hard mesh. its basically like dying a t-shirt when dying soft mesh...

hard mesh just gets harder because of the heat ( i think) or some other factor.
