Theres alot of threads on this but v's and u's improve accuaracy and hold. And what are y's?

I don't know where to ask this, but what are the benefits of a Rolled u opposed to a weaved? Does it give more hold or more-or-less the same?

i dislike rolled u's coz i find that they catch the ball more than weaved u's do and in my stx bionic strung with hard mesh it makes the head shoot low and pass low

Its really hard to click every picture and especially when there attachments, just hosting them would prob be easiest for us.

Usually rolled shooters keep from whip developing. The ball doesnt snag on them as much as weaved shooters. Now you can make EXTREME whip with a rolled shooter too if you pulled it really tight.

Come now Teo, would you really say "its really hard" to click something? Come now

hahaha, burn'd...On a side note, I find that adding a rolled U in a goalie stick seems to lower rebound controling (more rebounds) more than a weaved U (less rebounds). Just my expirience, maybe im completly wrong.

well i like them because for me (i dont kno about others) but for me weaved shooters give me whip which i dont li9ke so when i roll them i feell like i have a better release and like no whip. but that could be just me

It seems like a rolled u will do nothing at all because a u is meant to give some whip/hold and weaving it would hold the ball a little better. Idk

The only real way to see how a rolled/weaved shooter affects hold/whip/control is to try it out for yourself!
