Some things you can do are tricks. I find that when I just mess around all the time with tricks my stick skills improve.

WALL BALL!WALL BALL!WALL BALL!if you don't have a wall try to find one, try to make one or try to save up $ & buy a used rebounder. Hit the wall constantly switching hands, throwing low, throwing high, quick stick, switching hands, one handed....A wall by far will be most beneficial but if you don't have one you can substitute something..Lacrosse rebounders are generally slightly expensive (in my opinion...200$ is expensive) so you oculd buy a cheaper smaller like baseball one if you need the only thing is if you buy a different sports rebounder it's not fit to a lacrosse ball & you will occasionally have balls that just randomly shoot out to the left or right of the rebounder so odn't set up near anything breakable....& if you have nothing at all to throw a ball against just run & cradle...work on switching hands...gb's (groundballs) & as bigK said tricks will help a lot; but, mainly try to find a wall

just tricks and generally muck around with ur stick
ball handling is really knowing how ur stick works and getting to know it better...just play throw tricks like behind the neck, through the legs, underarm...

I know this might seem stupid but it works for me, I cradle a ping pong ball since it will come out of your pocket really easily it teaches you to do fluid motions and other things

cradling around the house. i do that a lot. also i guess this would be more stick protection for vertical(up and down) cradling. you get a tenis ball and put it in your arm pit and cradle vertical. this will train your self to keep your stick close to your body.

get with a friend and practice going one on one wit each other, this will help you learn to play both O and D and moves and stuff you will be able to use in the game while improving ball control. Tricks help but you wont be able to use them in a game.

Ya do 1 on 1 with friends. Also try to be able to cradle with both hands and catch and throw with both hands
