First easure its circumference. If it's less than 3.5 inches, it passes the first test. Now, put the crosse head on. If the combined length is 40-42 inches (attack/middie) or 52-72 inches (d-pole) it passes the second test. Finally, the butt end should have no exposed metal and preferably and end cap or butt plug. If that is okay, then the stick works for field lax.

it depends on the head. the harrow box is 2 inches longer then a field attack. so you want to look for a short head, avoid the E3, PP and other long heads.

I have a different question. Would a harrow be legal with its end showing, since technically it isn't metal? And if you sut it its legal for sure.

The question isn't whether it's metal, the question is whether it's hollow. If hollow, it needs to have the end covered. Pressure = Force/Area, so if you don't have the end covered the pressure goes way up when you hit someone with it.

Yeah, the ends of harrows are only open at the head end, not the but, so you dont need to have a butt end on it.

Thats what I mean. Laxref I know, if its hollow. But it isn't and its not metal so the closed ens is good then. Coo
