This should probably be in the tactics/training section but oh well. Winding up is all about timing. You drag your stick like hell, so if you are in any kind of traffic that is a terrible shot. However, if you have the accuracy to shoot from outside the box, or if you just have a lot of time to crank up, then your shot looks pretty good. By the way, nice little trick combo at the beginning.

Well I'm guessing you're an attackmen based on your size....In my opinion that's fine but if you can break the rythym of going down then back up & then shooting...Try just going down then firing a submarine shot, try just doing the up part & then firing, & do a lot of quick sticks to break the habit...If you're a middie it's not as big of a problem just because you're more likely to be covered by a short stick, shooting on the run & further away from a long pole.....If you're an attackmen while thats not bad for like a side angle shot if you're running through traffic or getting a give & go right on crease you needa be able to catch it & just rip the shot without the windup. Just my opinion, other then that it looks like you've got a pretty beastly shot.
BTW mods I think this is will get many more hits in tactics & training :bye:
edit:go to he** fossil you go to he** & you DIE! for posting at the same time as me & being so wise in so few of words.haha

actually im a big D guy, and I already have this in the tatics and training section. coach sometimes put me up front to rip some shots from far outside because Im accurate and my shots fast but he always yells at me for winding up to much, he always says nice goal then yells stop winding up lol
