does ne one use wieghtgainers form like gnc
im about 5 10-5 11 and i wiegh bout 165ish i wana get to like 180-190 by the end of the summer because i jsut started playen D and im a little scrawny
does ne one use wieght gainers and i need to know a lil more info on them

if there is a smoothie king near you, they have a smoothie called the hulk with weight gain fluid. My friend needed to gain weight for football, and said they worked pretty well.

Two of my favorites are Mega Milk which is made my a company called Dymatize and Cytogainer which is made by Cytosport. Cytosport also makes Muscle Milk, which is more or less the exact same thing as the Mega Milk. If I were to choose, I would choose the Cytogainer, it is packed with plenty of protein, as well as creatine and glutamine. If you mix it with skim milk each serving has over 900 calories, I've had great success using it. I would suggest buying online as opposed to purchasing at GNC, you can save yourself quite a bit of coin. I've never seen a GNC carry Dymatize products, but they do carry Cytosport. I have seen both at Vitamin Shoppe. If for some reason you can't buy online, I'd recommend Vitamin Shoppe. I've found that their prices are better and that their sales people are MUCH more helpful. GNC salespeople seem to constantly try to sell you only GNC products, which I don't prefer.

I just use Whey Protein out of lacrosse season (taking something to gain weight then running 6 miles a day doesn't sound very smart.haha) along w/ lots of protein shakes & other things...I'll have to edit this later but my friend got this stuff that had a huge effect. He said it was really expensive but it worked really well.

I love how you spelled "weight" wrong... twice.
if you gain 25 lbs over summer, it will be mostly fat. aim for 10 lbs of lean mass, even that will be tough.

Just eat 500 cals over maintnence(sp?) a day and ull gain a pound per week.
