I want to know if this was the right call on the refs part.
My team has 14 kids. We played a team that had 30 kids. And a kid on our team got a push from behind. Okay, that was obvious. While the ref was stating the call the player that was on the recieving end of the push from behind proceded to get up and hit my teammate with his stick. So the kid on my team pushes him, their bench clears, we had like 3 people on the bench, so we were outnumbered. I think in total, 1 punch was thrown, and that was from the other team. The ref ejected the player that got the push from behind, because he pushed him. And he ejected the other guy. I dont think this was the right call because the ref was screwing us over all night. I understand he is one person, and he can't see everything, but throw us a bone. Was this the right call? And thier whole bench cleared, isnt that against the rules?
And I also have another question. I'm 200 lbs. And I was coming into a ball down situation. I was looking to hit someone. And the ref blew the whistle, not even 1 second after the whistle was blown, I hit this kid. This kid was skinny so he flew pretty far. I was charged with a late hit. But I can't stop on a dime. Was this the right call too?
