There are no rules against it, if that is what you are asking. It would be legal, unless you did something like "******(Rival team name) sucks bwahahaa!", that wouldnt fly with the refs, and would probably earn you a couple hits from the other team. But yeah, go for it, theres nothing wrong with it.

No rules cover this. However, you may be assessed a USC penalty if hte official feels the words merit this type of foul.
