well as most of you know i broke my hand, and nnow i cant do upper body work outs. i was wondering if there was any way i can work out my arms without injuring my hand. is there any way?? or am i just screwed.
I'd say use this time to stregthen your other weak points. Start running a lot and focus on your legs.
Depending on what position you're at, if you can be the fastest AND quickest guy on your squad, your game will increase tremendously.

Like zim said just work on speed and agility, don't worry to much about your arms. If you can try to work on your core without using any weights (sit ups, swiss ball exercises).

Dude just chill man. You broke your hand. It will heal and you will pick up from where you were. You try to do to much though, you can mess it up even more. My trainer says "If you have a soar shoulder, take a week off (me having dislocated my shoudler 3 times) and pick it back up from where you started. As long as you don't injure it more and you are in good shape you should have no problem picking it back up, however you mess it up either more, there is no chance of a speedy bounce back"

Smart idea, I tried to workout with a broken are(three pins in it) and it hurt... A lot.
Also I am taking it easy right now because I might have fractured my wrist(again). To lazy to get it checked by the doctor.

well, you dont pick up from where you left off. Get back on a feild after you have worked out for like a few months, half way through you are bound to hit a wall... even if you do work it and all there will still be those kinks untill you are back into the full routine, but ya, you should keep from using it as much as possible.

Do Callistenics (no weight), and yes, I realized I am a terrible speller.
Some excersizes w/o your hands-
Any kind of sit-ups/crunches
Star Jumps
Stretching
Suicides
