View Full Version : Summer Work Out...

Ok, so for next season my coaches want me to work out and build up lots of muscle making for a bigger upper body. They also want me to run a bit. I was wondering what exactly I could do other than run around my nieghborhood and go to the gym with my dad. Any suggestions? (Also advice of what ot do at the gym would help too...) Thanks in Advance.

Haha, that was a good one franks, I thought that would be a link to some amazing workout program.

Go to www.athletes.com and you can find a lot of good workouts and such. They don't have a lacrosse specific section so look mostly at football and rugby, and maybe soccer a bit for the running. They also have a lot of good supplements.
