So the season is winding down...

or so we think. the regular season may be done but there are still many summer tournaments left to be played.

my dilema is i want to go on a conditioning/weight training program the whole month of june.

this being because i do not want to lose my speed and endurance. by no means do i eat potatoe chips and drink soda all summer long im just saying i really want to be in better shape than I was this season.

Someone help me with a weekly schedule? :dummy:
including:
sprintwork
distance work
bench work
curls
anything else you can think of

I always involve many pushups and situps in my weekly routine so include those too. Thanks, the help would be greatly appreciated!!!

peace and good luck with the rest of your seasons.

That really doesn't say much.

Be specific as possible. Are you trying to lose/gain weight? If trying to gain weight (bulk), do you want to lean bulk (try to gain as little fat as possible) or all-out bulk (just gain as much weight as possible)? How much weight are you trying to gain/lose? What equipment can you access? How big is your time window?

If you can answer me these then I'll help you out. However my advice doesn't constitute or replace anything said by a professional.

well of all the stuff i listed all i would need access to would be a bench and free weights. i was talking nothing really of gaining weight i already weigh enough im just talking about better shape conditioning wise. but thanks for pointing that stuff out hopefully itll help others that are confused. time window..as i said before the whole month of june (as school draws near). but thanks i really did think i posted enough info.
