how long he has been coaching, how good his career record is, how many championships he has/time she made playoffs, etc etc...many many factors

also depends on their need of a coach, and the people hiring him if they have a good store of $$ or not

ill give u the scoop
i want to have this guy coach us tht i had in middle school
were just starting out and everything witha club
he hasnt coached on the high school level and got very minimum at the middle school level
he started a club at cmu and played there along with high school hes a offesnsive wizard
so wht im trying to say what is average for coaching or list wht you make...

All non varisty coachs get paid $6,000 per sport and all varisty coachs get $10,000-$12,000 per sport pending sport.

wow ur middle school coaches get paid, all coaches in Canada at any school level are all volunteers. They are teachers who give up their own time to coach. They get paid witht the satisfaction of being able to teach and see kids build self confidence in themselves, and learn to love the game.

dam...coaches at me school get like 5,000 i think. JV coaches get like 2-3000 i think.

i know the school wont pay him thts why its coming out of our pockets and we need to know wht he should be payed?

our head coach gets around 5 Gs and assistant gets 3.

our first year my hs head coach made 300 bucks. sucks right, but our baseball coach makes almost 20,000. difference between a first year coach and one with 8 state championships, eh?
