I get allergies in the spring all the time. Sometimes I even get so congested I cough all day and have to use an inhaler or something. This becomes a problem for my lacrosse practices and games since lax is in the spring (duh) haha. Anyway anyone else that has this problem? what can you do to help it?

I take allergy medication (Allegra, Zyrtec, Clarinex) for my allergies, which are really bad.
I go through like a thousand tissues in a day, but it's weird, once I get on the field, I don't know if it's the adrenaline that kicks in or whatnot, but it doesn't bother me at all, but during halftime it flares up, and then goes away right when the half begins, and then it's gone until after the game.
