pita isnt throwing right, ive sturng them before but ive never gotten them perfect. whats wrong with this one? it throws slow and down, and i tried to follow kryptics tut.

i searched...closest thing i found dint have any real answers in it, and it was pretty dead.

im currently trying to post pics, sorry that this is a pointless thread for about 5 minutes...

Ahh the Pita, my favorite pocket.

Why... Because it has whip and throws good fakes. But it has a slow shot and throw, pitas are naturally like that.

I tried a pita, and mine had so much whip, i couldn't shootwith it.. I'm serious. Like, if i'd try and throw a pass, or make a shot, and the head would go down, the ball would stay in.

I love my pita. Whip is good. Whip is your friend. Whip helps me hold the ball and also makes my shot almost unpredictable. With whip, just move your stick a little further back when you through and stop your movement about 90 degrees upwards. so you're starting off with your stick in this direction

and you end up stopping here

i have found that when you first string a pita and go throw with it it is whipless, but once you break it and and the pocket slumps up it whips like no other

put in some more shooters, all you have is the one nylon. i have a pita in my stick (havent been able to use it in a week cuz of the rain) and it throws perfect but theres still a few problems with shooting (not a big deal being a pole, but im a perfectionist), im going to mess with it more when seasons over and i dont have to worry about being able to use it the next day

when i first strung mine i had a nylon and three shooters that were really lose it didnt have alot of whip just a little when i passed it was perfect, but then when i shot it went staight down because it got stuck under the nylon so i tightened the shooters andnow it has some more whip but shoots good but it is slow and i dont like that too much.....
