Av8 Rock-it?

hey,

i suck at stringing and i want a rock-it pocket so i've decided that i was just going to send in one of my sticks to rock-itpocket.com and just let them do it.

i was just wondering if it would be worth it to put one on an Av8. Its not my game stick, but its the only one i have laying around.

it really isnt worth it i would recomend getting it on a stick that you will use. you can buy 2 av8's for 50 bucks

In my opinion no, why would you dish our 40 bucks for something that is just a back up. Get someone to string the back up with mesh and then send you game head in. If you really want one though do it , its your money.

1st....if you like the head and want one get it done...
2nd.... i wouldn't pay that for it to be a back up, but thats your choice....
3rd....they are expensive, so why not try to do one yourself on the AV8

ya i would say get it on your game stick... or spend a few dollars more and get a head slightly better than an av8 with a rock-it pocket strung on it, like the evolution-type range

my game stick is an answer, do rock-it pockets work well on really pinched heads?

depends, rock-its have a good amount of whip and hold, something I dont like, but pinch doesnt matter. And dont waste your time getting one in an AV8, just find a stick, or use your game one and send that head in, also it helps to have a back-up stick while you adjust to this new one. I like em and am trying to learn how to string em now, the strings too bulky though so whatever, good luck though man!

just do it yourself if its your back up. its really not that hard it took me about 5 hours total to do one, once you get use to it its really repetitive. check out the tutorials on the rock-it-pocket, its a pretty good thread

I like the AV8. To me, it seemed like a cheap X2, and everyone loves X2s.

hes either kidding or hasnt read through the thread. it was just a prank that kryptic and some other mods pulled. use pictures from here and www.rock-itpocket.com to learn. its really not too hard
