i got a problem. this summer, im workin out every day in june, vigorously, but then i go out of town for a few weeks. then i come back and i plan on workin out whenever im home in july and in august, for football season. im lookin to really get stronger, so 2 things: 1. How much is that 20 day period of like no access to a weightroom gonna hurt me? 2. Can i make serious strides in strength? thanks

during the 20 day period do alot of running and core workouts such us pullups, situps and pushups to keep you active..and yes if your diet is in order and your workouts are consistent then you will see a significant strength difference

if you eat healthy and still use your body then you shouldnt lose anything while you are away for 20 days.

You should be ok, your weights may go down a bit. But other than that eh...
