I am a defender,but I really want to play midi.Unfoutunatly,I want to work out with mucles and loosing a bit of weight.If anyone could tell me if there are any good way to get more agility and endurace?:help
endurance ? muscles or cardio ?

either...but I really want to play some long pole middy,and need a lot more endurance...cardio works too.:bye

Run Run Run some more. Going on the rowing machine aka erg will help too. It keeps your endurance up but also keeps your entire body thick with muscle. Much better than running for both keeping muscle and on your joints. Really boosts up your endurance too. To lose fat I'd say swim a lot and watch what you eat. Swimming is also a great way for endurance increasing.

Yeah, what he said, you can also think about jumping rope, it helped me a ton....

Thanks,I`ll keep that in mind.The whole machine workout things don`t work-cept sme like the treadmill,and rowing,etc.but I figure you are right.:agree
