Ok so every piece of equipment I own right now is Harrow. In my last box game, I wasn't even trying to hit the kid, and I snapped my Howitzer in half. The kid was about 5'7 125. Then I got an STX Ti and was playing wall ball, and my H2 head cracked on the throat, where everyone else's does. I think I'm gonna bring that in and get either 2 Proton's and have one to practice stringing on or get a PP and hope that it lasts longer.
Any thoughts on what head I should get, or should I just get anoher H2? I still really like harrow though, there equipment hasn't let me down yet.

u might have just got unlucky....i personally love my harrow box...all season in college and still great, but if u can get 2 protons in trade for the h2 cracked, i would do that...There is absolutely nothing wrong with the protons

Even though they break fast Harrow has the best warrenty ever.
Also I had my Original Field Attack for 2 years before it snapped.

This is why I like harrow, as weird as that sounds. They truly stand by their product. They occasionally come out with a bad batch, but if it breaks, they will give you new one after new one. The thing is, their warranty, which I think is also like other companies warranties, is a 1-time replacement deal, but they stand by it so much, that they exceed past what the warranty says in hopes of satisfying the customer

yea get a new head, but keep the harrow shaft, idk ive had a box for 2 years and its hasn't broke yet so i reccomend that. I just really dont like those shafts that have a change of thickness in them.

What? The equipment hasnt let you down? You said ur howitzer cracked and your H2 snapped at the neck. I would go to a new company.
Like equipment, I mean slash guards, shoulder pads etc.

Brett Your stick only broke cause you took a lumber jack two handed swing and smoked the kid in the shoulder pad!

yeah they dont make the strongest shafts, but the great warrenty make up for strength.

I would stick with them. There service is unbeatable and whats a little crack affect? Just send back the Howi and get a new one.

I love harrow and would give them another go. As for the head, I'd probably just get a revolution or pinch it, never owned an H2. If you're reall scared about your howi breaking, get a monster, cost less and is a aboslute beast. Balances perfect with my pinched revo with cata!

dude. PP= very bad idea for box. mine warped the first day i got it. its pretty flexible so i just bent it back but i highly doubt it would last very long in box

what! a pp is good for box.....
and brett didnt you already get a pp or is this thread just really old?
I'm not so sure about a pp for box. They are not exactly very stiff.. at all.
