whats the difference between metals like c555 titaium aluminum??? and many other shafts like that?

some are lighter, some are stronger....There's a reason why things cost what they do. If aluminum was as good as c555, then everyone would be using aluminum and not spending their money on stuff like c405, c555, titanium, etc.

i think what he is asking is like what is the difference between c405,c555 and other metal shafts, he wants to know there stregnth and stuff like that


just look at psi that usually will give you a good idea of how strong a shaft is

Not necessarily. The psi is usually not relevant to the shaft's strength. It is more an estimate of the metal's strength, but the sidewall thickness, and the way the shaft is produced (liquidmetal) plays into its strength. the metals go in this order of what their quality and price level is.
Aluminum
Cu31
C405
C555
Scandium
Magnesium
Fiberous shafts
Titanium

Not necessarily the order of shaft strengths, but a good generalization.
