there are people on my team including me that really step up during the middle of the season and because so much beter than what they were and u can really see the diffrence.............my season just ended and i wanna keep practing during the off season but not just so i wont forget wat im doing but to improve on my skills greatly i think the best way to do this is going to a camp what do u guys think pls give me some suggestions so i can come out strong next season

Your information says you play attack so the biggest thing for you is always going to be stick skills...My suggestion would be to hit the wall as hard as possible & just generally try to make yourself a better athlete. More then liekly this won't end up happening because of where I live (the country) but if I have it my way I want to be somewhere where I can go running in the morning, play some wall-ball, workout, go for a swim (not like doing laps hard exercise swim, this is more of a time to relax after the work-out) play some more wall-ball & then go running again. Camps do help but make sure you look in to at first because A LOT of the college camps are almost completely useless & end up being a small tournament more then a training camp (I personally suggest the Navy camp; I've never heard anything bad about it & will be going this year myself)
