I searched and couldn't find anything. Can anyone explain how to throw behind the back and/or other shots.

Its like shoveling snow. Make sure your hips are pointed in the direction you want the ball to go, and pretend your thowing a shovel full of snow over your shoulder. Thats how i learned

Keep your elbows up, swing the your head around the back of your shoulder/head area. Make sure that you dont hit your sidewall, and you should be able to get good distance on your behind the back if you are doing it correctly. Step toward your target, and watch your target the whole time while you are learning.
