Because Syracuse is sponsered by Brine and he is not supposed to use a Razer. So if I'm right its supposed to hide the fact its a Razer.

no, college players just need uniform gloves and helmets. everything else is there descison.

Thats weird because I know a friend who plays for a Brine sponsered team (women's albeit) and her coach does not allow her to use anything else.

Just putting tape over the warrior wouldnt hide the fact that its a razor.(just a guess) And in college lax you can use w/e head +shaft you want. The college might prefere a sponsered brand (just a guess)

that is the coaches deal because the players can have whatever sticks they want but it is easier to gt stuff fro cheap if you are sponsored

nah, but I'd like to play for Princeton. I lover superfreaks and basically all warrior stuff so...yea =/ Otherwise, I hate Princeton, lol. But yeah anyway, I dont think they get non-sponsored stuff free.

I am not sure how it is for lacrosse, but my sister played D1 soccer and if they chose to wear cleats not made by Reebok (was their current sponcer, Adidas now) they had to tape over all symbols and such. You could still tell they weren't Reebok cleats, you just didnt see any insignias and such.
